Are the CLPGS Directors Legally elected ?

A number of people are questioning weather the CLPGS Directors are, in fact, legally elected  -

1) Are Ballot papers sent out to every member with a list of candidates for election so that members can consider who is most appropriate to run THEIR Society and administer the Considerable funds

2) are those ballot papers  collected appropriately ?

3) are the Ballot papers held in a Confidential manner in accordance the Charity Commissioners Rules ?

4) are the Ballots counted under the supervision of the electoral reform Society  ?

Or is it all done by a "show of hands" at the Malvern meeting by only those Old Farts " who PAY to attend the Dull Weekend with no Privacy or Secrecy whatever  - thus leaving the Present Membership open to "intimidation" should they Vote "the Wrong Way"

is this situation LEGAL ?

You've Guessed it !

NO it's NOT legal or proper but that's how it's been done for 40 years

The Directors have NO right to Be such are NOT properly elected and should be Prosecuted for Fraud !
